"Today" Show Co-Host Matt Lauer is set to become a father for the third time, reports US Weekly. The charming television host already has a son and daughter with wife, Annette., 40.

Lauer tells the New York Times magazine, "I was on the show for five years before I had children. And back then the job took up a larger slice of the pie graph of my life than was healthy. When I had kids that immediately changed. It flipped. I realize the job didn't have to consume your whole life."

Lauer met his wife in 1997 and they soon married in 1998. The couple broke up for a few months last year but reconciled last summer.

Earlier this year, Lauer signed a contract with NBC where he will reportedly earn $13 million until 2011.
