Johnny Depp has donated $2 million to a London children's hospital for saving his daughter's life.

The Hollywood actor secretly visited Great Ormond Street Hospital, where his eight-year-old girl Lily-Rose was treated last March after her kidneys failed, to personally hand over the sum as a thank you yesterday.

Tim Burton is planning to finally wed fiance Helena Bonham-Carter. The 'Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street' director - who has a yet to be named one-month-old daughter and four-year-old son Billy with the British actress - is set to marry Helena six years after he first proposed.

He told the Radio Times magazine: "Helena and I have been engaged for more than six years and we feel married already so we never got around to it, but I'm thinking about it now."

Helena Bonham Carter loved getting paid by her boyfriend to lust after Johnny Deep in the trio's new movie. The British actress - who stars as Mrs. Lovett in 'Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street' directed by her long-term love Tim Burton - had no qualms about falling in love with Tim's best friend, who plays the murderous barber, on screen.

When asked if she found it awkward lusting after Johnny in front of Tim, she told BANG Showbiz: "Weirdly not, maybe it should have been, but you know I was pretending. It is odd, I was being paid by my boyfriend to fall in love with his best friend. It was a strange situation."
