The downfall between Usher and his girlfriend seems to be his mother.
Usher's mom and manager, Jonetta, has reportedly disapproved of mother-of-three Tameka Ford since back when she was just Usher's stylist. Now that she is the mother of his yet-to-be-born child and finance, Jonetta has been worried.
The relationship between Usher and Tameka has put strain on the star's once tight bond with him mom. Jonetta wasn't invited to The Hampton's nuptials which were canceled over the weekend.
According to the New York Daily News newspaper, "The reason he called off the ceremony is that he couldn't go through with it without Jonetta. He had an eleventh-hour epiphany."
A source revealed, "Usher woke up on Saturday and said he couldn't go through with it. Apparently, he also couldn't bring himself to call all the people who were invited. He had the wedding planner call everyone in the wedding party."
Tameka had been demanding in the pre-nup stage, making Usher bend some components for her. However, now that they have not officiated their union, she stands to claim nothing from their split.
Tameka has even been given a bad rap from her family. Her half-sister, Valencia Foster, told the National Enquirer magazine, "Poor Usher has no idea who he's marrying."
Her past boyfriend was reportedly a drug dealer and she served time in prison.

Usher, you are too talent and young to marry such an advanced woman. I understand that she got pregnant and probably made you feel like a 40 year old man but reality is she had done time in prison she is a hustler. Your mom is the only one who will ever show you the love a woman and a woman knows one when she she's one. The bible tells you to not forsake the teachings of your mother. all the fortune that you have been blessed with is not at risk. Don't let the devil take from you like he did to sampson because he disquise himself like a woman. wake up and make a wise decision to not married. If she is threatening to take you to court or take you for money, Pray about it and God will release you from it. I love and I like your mother is praying for you.
