David Hasselhoff has finalized his divorce.

The former "Baywatch" actor and Pamela Bach have agreed the remaining details of their split, including spousal and child support payments and custody issues.

The former couple will share custody of their daughters, Taylor-Ann, 17, and 15-year-old Hayley but the financial terms were not disclosed.

Hasselhoff's lawyer Melvin S. Goldsman said, "David is pleased to have the matter behind him. He wants to move on with his life."

Bach's lawyers were unavailable for comment, but her former lawyer Mark Kaplan said he was "delighted" to hear of the resolution.

He added, "I'm glad for her, I'm glad for David and I'm glad for the kids that they all have this high-conflict matter behind them."

In June, Hasselhoff was granted primary custody of Taylor-Ann and Hayley. Pamela was told she can visit her daughters on alternate weekends and on Wednesday nights for dinner.

Goldsman said improved relations between Hasselhoff and Bach led to the revised arrangement.

Hasselhoff, 55, and Bach, 44, married in 1989.
