New LA residents David and Victoria Beckham are hunting for a new hideaway, but this time a small swimming pool in the backyard is not going to suffice. The celebrity couple, who are currently living in a six-bedroom $20 million mansion in Beverly Hills, has reportedly contacted a leading Hollywood estate agent for a seaside property.
A family insider told the Daily Mail: "Victoria wants to do everything possible to establish herself as a top Hollywood celebrity."
"It is tremendously important to her that she competes with the mega-rich crowd. She hasn't decided whether she wants to sell the home she currently lives in yet, though."
Some of the eminent Hollywood celebrities who have multi-million seaside mansions include: Britney Spears, Jennifer Aniston, Robert De Niro, Robert Redford and Halle Berry. All of them live on a stretch of the Malibu coastline, known to locals as Billionaire's Beach.
