Sylvester Stallone arrived in Australia on his jet Friday night to promote his movie Rocky Balboa. But when prohibited items were discovered in Stallone's luggage, customs detained the Rocky actor at the airport for hours.

On Monday, as reported by Daily Telegraph Online, when Stallone and members of his group were seen tossing stuff from a hotel window, Australian customs raided Stallone's room at the Park Hyatt Hotel. A summons was also issued to require Stallone to answer charges on prohibited substances, according to AAP.

Sylvester was allowed to leave Australia as planned on Monday night. After being questioned about the incident, Sylvester was quoted to say, "That was just a misunderstanding. I didn't understand some of the rules here."
