Britain's Prince Charles had an affair with Barbra Streisand, according to an explosive new biography.
The prince, who once described the legendary singer as 'my only pin-up', is said to have wooed her in November 1994 during a trip to the United States.
He was estranged from Princess Diana after separating from her two-years earlier, and involved with Camilla Parker Bowles at the time.
According to the book 'Barbara - The Way She Is', by Christopher Anderson, she and the prince enjoyed a private tea together at a Bel-Air hotel nine-months after first meeting at a Prince's Trust concert in London and "seemed very affectionate for each other."
The unauthorized biography says: "The official explanation was that Prince Charles and Barbra Streisand had a private tea. Well, Charles has 'had private tea' with quite a long procession of women. He was besotted with Streisand."
Charles is said to have fantasized in his diary about her, saying: "I still contend she has great sex appeal."
The book also hints that Streisand enjoyed a tryst with Dodi Al Fayed 13-years before he was killed in a Paris car accident with Princess Diana.
Streisand met the playboy, 15-years her junior, after being impressed by the film 'Chariots of Fire' that he helped produce. Spookily, the book claims that on one date they tried to shake of photographers and Dodi told his chauffeur to drive faster, but Streisand demanded he slow down saying, "Hey, let's try not and get ourselves killed".
The book also claims Streisand, now 63, had affairs with Hollywood stars including Warren Beatty, Steve McQueen, Don Johnson, Richard Gere and Liam Neeson.
