"Jackass" star Steve-O has transferred from rehab to a mental hospital, he reveals on his blog.
The TV stuntman, real name Stephen Glover, has checked into a mental ward in Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. This move comes after he had spent time in a narcotics program at a rehabilitation center to treat his drug demons.
He writes on his official website, "...I just want you all to know that four f****** months (almost) of not touching a damn thing that a psychiatrist didn't prescribe to me hasn't changed that s***. The medication that is prescribed to me doesn't do the trick every day, let's just put it that way.
"I'm back in the looney bin trying to get that s*** right."
He explains that because he had been doing drugs for so long, he going to be "paying for it for a long time, probably for the rest of my life."
In the end, he adds, "Everyone's going to make their own decisions in life, but nobody needs to make the same mistakes I made."
His drug troubles aren't the only things that concern him right now. Earlier last week, a security guard filed charges against him and his crew for assault after his bodyguard punched the former Kitson employee last year.
