Steve-O is on suicide watch. The Jackass daredevil has been hospitalized for attempted suicide, it has been claimed.
The prankster, whose real name is Stephen Gilchrist Glover, was said to be taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Sunday after he had tried to kill himself. After that, he was put on a 72-hour hold at the Thalians Mental Health Center.
Reports surface that he is going to pull his probably last stunt ever after a video showing Glover pointing a gun at his head was posted on the Internet.
A source says, "Steve is stabilized on meds at this point. He was also treated for burns on his skin as if he had been putting cigarettes out on his own body."
Insiders say that the 33-year-old performer is suffering from bipolar disorder. Last week, he was arrested by the Los Angeles Police after he allegedly punched holes in his apartment's wall. He was booked for vandalism and possession of a controlled substance.
