Mel B says the Spice Girls dance like six-year-olds.

The 32-year-old singer - who is currently competing on the TV show "Dancing with the Stars" - joked years of performing on stage with the girl band hasn't helped her prepare for the celebrity talent series because the moves were so simple.

She said, "Well, the Spice Girls performed routines for six-year-olds. Everyone can do it!"

Mel praised her fellow competitor Jane Seymour, who decided to continue with the show despite her beloved mother dying last week.

She added to chat show host Ellen DeGeneres, "Surprisingly, yes, she is still going on with the show. She's garnered the strength together. But I think she was doing it for her mother. So more power to her."

The star also admitted she was "amazed" when tickets for the upcoming "The Return of the Spice Girls" world reunion tour sold out in minutes.

She said, "I was amazed. I did actually think, 'How is that possible. Is there a lot of people on the phone in one big room?' I don't get it. I was really shocked. Wow! We really have to do it now."

The tour stars in Vancouver, Canada, on December 2 and includes dates in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Madrid, Sydney and London.
