The woman accused of attacking Terri Seymour has pleaded not guilty to charges. Janice Thibodeaux was charged with misdemeanor battery and assault yesterday morning following her altercation with Seymour - the ex-girlfriend of Simon Cowell - and appeared in court to answer the claims.

A Los Angeles judge set her bail at $20,000. She is due to appear in court again on June 4.

A source told the MailOnline website: "The gardeners were inspecting each section of the hedge to make sure they all aligned. They walk around with clipboards squinting at the bushes to make sure everything is exactly level."

We play it every time we go out to dinner and we've got a current top 10 and we always update every week. Bobby Brown has literally been number one for six years."
