Sienna Miller wins her invasion of privacy lawsuit against two British newspapers after they published nude pictures of the "Factory Girl" star while shooting a movie.

The 25-year-old actress sued The Sun and News of the World and a photo agency that supplied that photos from the set of her movie Hippie Hippie Shake after they were printed in October. The judge favored her cause and awarded her $75,000.

News Group Newspapers, the mother company of the two tabloids, has agreed not to reprint the pictures and delete all the copies. Although already won in this case, Miller is still after the photographer. She is pressing legal action against the shutterbug.

The application for a default judgment is expected next month.
