Shia LaBeouf feels his life is "meaningless". The 22-year-old actor - who stars alongside Hollywood beauty Megan Fox in "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen"- often believes his existence has no point, despite his success, fame and wealth.

He said: "Sometimes I feel I'm living a meaningless life. I know I'm one of the luckiest dudes in America right now. I have a great house. My parents don't have to work. I've got money. I'm famous. But it could all change, man. It could go away. You never know."

Megan Fox caused a stir when she filmed scenes with the navy. The brunette beauty, who is considered one of Hollywood's most beautiful stars, thrilled seamen by boarding their ship while shooting "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen."

Megan's co-star Shia LaBeouf said: "We went on this battleship carrier. There are 20 of us and Megan. They didn't give a s**t about 'Transformers'! They are all stuck on that ship for months and months, so when Megan shows up it is like nirvana. They loved her."

'Tropic Thunder' star Ben Stiller,was rushed to New York's Mount Sinai Hospital on Sunday (12.21.08) where he was treated by specialist doctors determined to ensure his hand returned to full health.

A source said: "One of the hospital's top hand specialists was called in to treat him."

Shia LaBeouf is set to star in a new John Grisham adaptation. The actor has agreed to take the lead role in thriller "The Associate" next year.

Shia - who recently made website ETonline's top 10 hunks of 2008 list - will play a Yale Law School student who is manipulated into accepting a job at a high-flying law firm before he discovers privileged information about a sensitive case.

Shia LaBeouf has been injured on the set of the new "Transformers" film. The 22-year-old actor was reportedly hit in the face by a prop while shooting a scene for "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," resulting in a cut below his eyebrow which required stitches.

After receiving treatment Shia, rushed back to the set of the movie to continue filming.

Shia LaBeouf has been cleared of the DUI charge he was originally cited for following his car accident in July.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has opted to not file charges against the 22-year-old "Transformers" star in connection with the vehicular accident he was involved in two months ago.
