| The MTV Video Music Awards is always shocking and full of surprises - and this year it proved to be no less. At the televised live event Thursday night, a gatecrasher stole the show with his bizarre antics on stage. The awards ceremony- which took place at New York's Radio City Music Hall - took an unexpected turn when Panic at the Disco! walked on stage to collect their trophy for Video of the Year. A member of the audience jumped on stage, grabbed the microphone from one of the band members and tried to grab the award out of the hands of its presenter, Jennifer Lopez. The intruder - who called himself 'Six' - griped to the crowd, "MTV never gave me my own show." |
