A source at Hollywood's Equinox gym told National Enquirer magazine: "He came in the other day holding his BlackBerry with two assistants at his side. He was huffing and puffing on the elliptical cross trainer with his cell phone glued to his ear. And he kept yelling at his assistants, 'You need to hustle! Try harder!'"

"The X-Factor" winner Alexandra Burke is reportedly in talks with Beyonce for a possible duet. The two stars performed together on Beyonce's song "Listen" during the finale of the reality show.

British OK! Magazine also reports that Burke is getting vocal coach from the Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z.

Britney Spears is renting an $8 million New Jersey house. The singer and her sons, three-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, two, will live in the mansion in Alpine for a month, with her record label Jive footing the $30,000 bill.

A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "Britney wanted a home away from home while she was on tour, especially for the boys - something close to Manhattan. They talked about Long Island, but she wanted something closer that could feel like home for Sean and Jayden."

Rihanna has been house hunting in the Hollywood Hills. The "Take a Bow" singer reportedly spent Monday looking at properties in the same exclusive area of Los Angeles where celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Richie and Cameron Diaz live, according to X17Online.

Rihanna, 21, is also believed to have viewed Christina Aguilera's former Hollywood home, which is closer to the city's shops and clubs than her present house in the quiet neighborhood of Los Feliz.

50 Cent thinks Jay-Z is too old to continue touring. The "Candy Shop" rapper believes the hip-hop mogul signed his recent deal with Live Nation - which sees the company handle all of his records, touring, merchandising and marketing - because he is at an age where he doesn't feel he needs to continue negotiating different aspects of his professional life.

50 - real name Curtis Jackson - explained: "Jay is in a different space in his career. He may be tired of running around and negotiating each individual deal. The deal would be actually putting that in someone else's hands."
