Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, has been hitting the fitness training hard during her Spanish vacation.
Sarah, 47, found time during her sunshine break in Malaga to go for an arduous run with her personal trainer, working up quite a sweat.
The running is all part of her constant efforts to lose weight. The duchess - the ex-wife of Britain's Prince Andrew - recently admitted that she considers her body "dreadful" and is always looking to shed the pounds.
She said: "I have a very bad body image still. I never feel good about myself."
Meanwhile, Sarah has turned down the opportunity to attend the memorial service for Princess Diana on August 31 because she claims she does not feel welcome at royal events.
A source said: "She has not been on a royal guest list for some years and it has been made clear that the family do not want her to attend royal events."
Sarah has suffered a strained relationship with the royal family since the breakdown of her marriage to Prince Andrew, who she divorced in 1996.
Prince Andrew will attend the service to mark ten years since Diana's death with their daughters, 18-year-old Princess Beatrice, and 17-year-old Princess Eugenie.
