If Sandra Bullock got plastic surgery, she wouldn't be secretive like most stars. Instead, the stunning actress says she would air the procedure on television for the world to see.
During an interview with her "Premonition" co-star Julian McMahon, the girl-next-door said she would allow him to even perform the surgery... if he was acting on "Nip/Tuck."
Bullock said, "I told Julian that I would like to guest on the last ever "Nip/Tuck" and have a complete overhaul starting with these. It would be a lot of fun and hopefully I'd get it for free."
The actress's humor did not stop there. After the L.A. premiere of the film, both stars appeared in a taped interview for "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
During the chit-chat, McMahon revealed to Bullock that he had the flu the previous night.
She mocked anger, joking, "(You had) your sweaty sick face all over me. You put it on me. You didn't say, 'Oh, I'm sick, let me not hug you...' Now we're all gonna die."
Laughing along with the star, Australian actor McMahon replied, "I just got carried away, it was so exciting."
