Lee Tamahori, the director whose credits include the 2002 James Bond film "Die Another Day" was arrested Jan. 8 for approaching an undercover police officer in a black wig and a dress and offering sex for money, authorities said Thursday.
He was scheduled to appear in court on February 24 to face the charges of soliciting an act of prostitution and loitering with the intent to commit prostitution. Both charges are misdemeanors. He posted the $2,000 bail and is facing a $1,000 fine and up to six months in jail when he returns to court.
