Lindsay Lohan is in "hell" after splitting from Samantha Ronson. The "Mean Girls" actress and her DJ girlfriend called time on their tumultuous relationship on Friday after almost a year together, and Lindsay admits she is struggling to cope on her own.

She said: "It's absolute hell. It just really hurts, the whole situation is sick."

Lindsay Lohan has accused Samantha Ronson of cheating on her and taking drugs. The "Mean Girls" actress - who has had a turbulent relationship with the DJ for around a year - has reportedly split from Samantha, and has revealed intimate details of their failed romance on her blog.

Lindsay Lohan believes she can "help people" by acting. The "Mean Girls" actress insists she can improve the lives of her fans by playing characters who are giving and thoughtful.

She said: "I love to act and write and be creative and I want to help people by playing characters that can send a positive message out to whomever may need it."

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson's latest fight became so violent police were called. Three Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to calls about a domestic dispute at the couple's Beachwood Canyon home on Saturday morning.

But the 22-year-old actress and her 31-year-old DJ lover refused to let officers in, screaming at each other so furiously police reportedly called for backup.

The duo canceled a Valentine's Day gig at the hotel citing illness, though they were spotted just a few days before engaging in a heated argument in a New York nightclub. The make-up for their "Redux" party was scheduled for March 9, and this time both made it to the hotel and showed up at the club entrance around 12:15 a.m. EST.
