Sam Lutfi Agrees To Extension of Restraining Order

Britney Spears' pal Sam Lutfi has agreed to stay away from the singer through July 31, the court revealed Wednesday.

The restraining order had been issued in February by the "Toxic" singer's mother Lynne claiming Lutfi had drugged her daughter and took over the control of her life.

Lutfi had been a prominent figure in the singer's life after her divorce from Kevin Federline last year.

Meanwhile, Britney's dad Jaime will remain to her conservator. He still has legal control of her estate, well-being, and affairs.

The conservatorship will be reviewed on July 31 by the court to decide if it will be extended.

A hearing regarding the pop princess' estate is set for Thursday.
