Madonna and Demi Moore have been warned to have a hepatitis A injection.

The stars are among a host of Hollywood celebrities who have been advised by doctors to have the preventative injection after a bartender at Ashton Kutcher's 30th birthday party in New York's Cafe Socialista bar was found to have the infectious disease.

The 'Frida' actress, who gave birth to her first child Valentina Paloma last September, is resorting to extreme measures after friends told her breastfeeding is the best way to shed post-pregnancy pounds.

A friend of the actress said: "Salma has been pumping and freezing endless amounts of breast milk. When she's not feeding Valentina, she's hooked up to an industrial-size breast pump."
