Ryan Phillippe finds it "bizarre" to look at Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal together. The "Stop-Loss" actor confesses that he avoids looking at the pictures of his ex-wife and her boyfriend because he finds it strange.
Phillippe, 33, tells USA Today, "It's bizarre. There's plenty of times when I say, 'What a strange situation I've found myself in.' But at certain point you know it's going to happen, so you are prepared."
The actor and his "Cruel Intentions" co-star married in June 1999 and split in October 2006. They have two children during their marriage, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4.
Witherspoon and Gyllenhaal made the headlines last year when they were frequently spotted together although they remained mum about the true state of their relationship.
Phillippe, who had recently said that Gyllenhaal is a "good dude" says that despite his painful divorce experience, he isn't ruling out another marriage in the future.
He says, "I can see doing it again, yeah. And I can certainly see possibly having children again. I'm pretty young, and there are many beautiful things about that idea of marriage and family. It just doesn't always work out perfect for everybody."
