Most actresses get a big head after they become famous. Rumer Willis may have made hers smaller.

The eldest child of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore has stepped out recently with a much smaller... chin. The 18-year-old celeb offspring has been a regular star of Internet gossip, with some even comparing her to the child's toy, Mr. Potato Head.

But the cruel taunts may have had an effect on the aspiring star and led her right on to the plastic surgeon's operating table.

Before and after pictures - studied by those with far too much time - show a slight difference in Rumer's chin size. It is thinner with a narrower jaw line.

So, has she had surgery?

There is no word from the Willis/Moore/Ashton Kutcher camp yet, but if she has, she is following a well-worn path.

Mother Demi, who married a man technically young enough to be her son, has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to make her 40-year-old body look half its age. The mother-of-three even allegedly underwent knee surgery to hide those unsightly knee wrinkles.

Some reports are suggesting that Rumer's smaller chin may be the result of orthognathic surgery, a procedure which realigns the jaw.

If the story is true, how long will it be until Rumer is fixing her own knees?
