Sean Penn has filed for divorce from wife Robin Wright Penn. The "Milk" actor asked for "legal separation with minor children" from his spouse of 13 years when he filed the papers at a Los Angeles court last Friday.

It is not the first time the couple - who have two children together, Dylan, 18, and 15-year-old Hopper Jack - have tried to legally end their stormy marriage.

Julia Roberts has ruled out appearing in a sequel to her hit movie "Pretty Woman."

The actress - who turned 41 Tuesday - has no intention of reprising her role as prostitute Vivian Ward in a follow-up to the hugely popular film, because she thinks she is too old.
