Gwyneth Paltrow went in and out of the hospital. The Academy Award-winning actress checked in to Mount Sinai Hospital in New York Monday night for an undisclosed reason.

Her publicist, Stephen Huvane, confirms the reports and says the actress is now back at home. "Everything is fine - she is back at home," Huvane tells E! News. "We are not commenting on the reason for her hospitalization, as it is personal."

Nick Nolte has become a father for the second time at the age of 66. The troubled actor - who was charged for DUI in September 2002, and subsequently checked into Connecticut's Silver Hill rehabilitation center - welcomed the baby girl with his partner Clytie Lane in Los Angeles last Wednesday.

A representative for Nick said: "The baby girl, who has yet to be named, weighed 7lbs and 13oz at birth. Both mother and daughter are doing well."
