Rick Salomon, the newly estranged husband of Pam Anderson, is now also claiming fraud as the reason for the annulment of their brief marriage.
Anderson, 40, filed papers back in February in the Los Angeles Superior Court seeking to annul the marriage based on fraud. Salomon, 39, has now followed her lead and also claimed fraud in the papers that were filed on Friday. Neither party has explained why fraud is being alleged in the marriage.
Both Anderson and Salomon have asked the court to keep their property separate and not to award spousal support
The actress and Salomon were married in a quickie ceremony in Las Vegas on October 6 and separated soon after on December 13. Anderson filed for divorce in December just two months into the marriage citing irreconcilable differences.
This was the third marriage for both. Anderson was previously married to Tommy Lee of Motley Crue and singer/rapper, Kid Rock.
Salomon was married to Shannen Doherty and E.G. Daily, but is best known for the sex tape he made with his previous girlfriend, Paris Hilton.
