Heather Locklear has entered rehab to seek treatment for "anxiety and depression."

Richards and Sambora began dating after she split up with her former husband Charlie Sheen in 2006. It was just a couple of months after Sambora ended his 11-year marriage to Locklear.

Charlie Sheen is inviting Denise Richards to sue him. Just after the actress called his claims a sham, Sheen lashes back inviting her to sue if she really thought he was lying.

Richards, 37, told "Today" Wednesday that the email she purportedly sent to Sheen's fiance Brooke Mueller asking for his sperm donation was "doctored."

Richie Sambora is in danger of being served a child endangerment charge. Laguna Beach police have requested two charges against him for DUI while minors are in the car.

Sambora was arrested on March 25 for driving under the influence after being pulled over by the police. He was said to be driving erratically in his black Hummer. It was found out that a female companion and two minors were with him during the incident.
