Kate Moss has pulled out of a nearly $2-million book deal - because she doesn't want details of her cocaine scandal published.
The catwalk queen had been poised to sign the massive deal and pen the tell-all book - which was set to reveal the secrets of her lavish lifestyle and relationship with drug-addled rocker Pete Doherty - for publishers Virgin books, owned by Kate's close friend, businessman Sir Richard Branson.
