The former model told PEOPLE exclusively she is back with her husband, but denied rumors she is pregnant.
She said, "While I hope one day to have more children with Travis, I am not pregnant. But yes, I'm madly in love with my husband."
To mark their newfound happiness, the former Blink 182 drummer threw a 32nd birthday party for his wife at Miami's Cameo nightclub.
One onlooker noted, "They were really affectionate with each other all night long. They really looked loving and happy."
Before Barker filed for divorce in August, the couple had a war of words via their MySpace pages.
Moakler even reportedly attacked Paris Hilton after the heiress was pictured kissing the drummer.
The couple have two children together.
