Ex couple Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon have been fighting over their kids. The stars of 1999 film Cruel Intentions are both reportedly upset at each other despite sharing custody of the children.
Sources say that the 33-year-old actor is annoyed at the amount of time his kids with 31-year-old Witherspoon spend with their mom's new boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal.
A source claims that the kids, 8-year-old Ava and 3-year-old Deacon, love Gyllenhaal so much that they can't stop talking about him even when they are already with Phillippe.
"It's 'Jake did this, Jake brought mommy flowers and coffee, Jake says we should recycle,'" the source tells OK! magazine.
Phillippe has apparently had too much of it that he called his ex-wife and forbidden his wife to take the kids to her boyfriend.
"Ryan called Reese and suggested she stop letting him (Jake) spend so much time with the kids. He was pretty irate on the phone. Reese barely let him finish the sentence before she shot back that what she does with her personal life is her business."
