Rapper Jay-Z is teaming up with General Motors. The rapper and the automaker have been working together over the past two years to create a reflective blue paint that will be used on GM cars.

Jay-Z made an appearance at a party thrown by GM on the eve of the North American International Auto Show.

The rapper emerged from a GMC Yukon Denali concept SUV on stage. The partnership between the two resulted in the design on the SUV.

Several celebrities escorted new vehicles down a catwalk at the party. Carmen Electra, Jennifer Hudson, Vivica A. Fox, Rosie Perez, Christian Slater, Mario Lopez and Nick Lachey all participated.
