Britain's Queen Elizabeth donned her Easter bonnet for the royal family's traditional Easter Sunday service at Windsor Castle.
The queen, wearing a long pink coat and maroon hat adorned with silk roses, waved to well-wishers as she arrived at the Saint George's Chapel in the castle's grounds. She was accompanied by her husband Prince Philip, her daughter Princess Anne and her son Prince Edward.
Edward's wife Sophie donned an extravagant slant-brimmed white straw hat with black feathers for the service.
The royal family members joined a congregation of over 400 people for the traditional sermon led by Right Rev David Connor, the Dean of Windsor.
After the service, the queen was presented with a bouquet of hyacinths and roses by eight-year-old Abigail Gainher, who lives in the castle's grounds.
The 15th century Gothic chapel is the final resting place of British monarchs Henry VIII, Charles I and George VI.
The Queen Mother and the queen's sister Princess Margaret are also buried there.
