The 83-year-old monarch - who is known to bet on her own equines - wore a canary yellow silk dress with a matching linen jacket and boater-style hat to the first day of prestigious annual event Tuesday. The monarch's eldest son turned 60 Friday and the queen hosted over 450 guests at Buckingham Palace to mark the landmark occasion.
