Britain's Prince Harry has been offered a seat on the first commercial space flight.

The 21-year-old royal is set to be a guest of friend Sam Branson, the son of British entrepreneur Richard Branson, whose Virgin Galactic space line will launch their first suborbital flight in 2008.

A Virgin source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "We would love to welcome Harry onboard, We are getting a letter of invitation together and are hopeful."

Last week, the company announced that another royal was one of the 150 passengers to have paid $200,000 for a ticket onboard the space shuttle - but their identity remains a mystery.

Other celebrities who have signed up to the cosmic journey include 'Superman Returns' director Bryan Singer, singer Robbie Williams and actor Tom Hanks.

Meanwhile, British glamour model Jodie Marsh has revealed she has a crush on Harry after seeing a picture of him playing polo. She cooed, "Prince Harry's trouser bulge nearly made me choke on my dinner. Trust me, I've seen some pant-fillers in my time, but this is something." else!"
