Britain's Prince Charles called a photographer "an annoying little prat" during a heated argument at the weekend.
The prince was riding at his estate in Sandringham, Norfolk, on Saturday morning (29.12.07) when he became "angry" and accused a photographer who was on a public road of getting in his way.
He reportedly snapped: "Get out of the way you annoying little prat. Can't anybody have a ride in peace?"
Charles is then said to have galloped away on his chestnut horse. One onlooker told Britain's The Times newspaper: "I don't think he wanted to be bothered by anyone. He looked really angry and had a face like thunder."
Charles had reportedly turned down the chance to join a shooting party hosted by his father Prince Philip in order to enjoy a ride by himself. An estate worker said: "Charles had spent the last five days with his family and there are bound to be some tensions when people are forced to spend so much time together.
"I guess he just thought he deserved some time by himself. He looked very smartly turned out in his riding gear."
