Barely in her twenties, Kelly Osbourne has already made up her mind and declared she would like to have plastic surgery because, you know, she wants to fit into the Hollywood mold of fake appearances.
Kelly is so impressed with her mom Sharon's boob job that she can't wait to go under the knife herself. But she's giving it some time so she can get "saggy" first.
She said, "I'm already planning my surgery. I just haven't got anything saggy yet! My mom's just had about everything you can have done, so I know the right and wrong way to do it."
The 22-year-old star, whose dad is former Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne, also insists she would rather be ugly then have cosmetic surgery and look like every other identical Hollywood girl.
She said, "Everyone in Los Angeles looks the same. I would rather be ugly than look the same as everyone else!"
