For the first time in who-knows-how-long, Britney Spears' has been spotted with her youngest son, Jayden James, in public. Exclusive pictures of the little tot were snapped up by X17Online, who featured the grainy photos of Jayden in what appears to be a pair of blue jeans and a light blue shirt on their website.
The pictures show a striking resemblance between the eight-month-old and his big brother, Sean Preston. Both seem to have the same facial features and dark brown eyes.
According to In Touch Weekly, it has been speculated by many that the reason Jayden has been kept hidden behind closed doors is because he allegedly has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
The magazine quotes a source as saying, "Jayden is eight months old and can't focus on anyone or anything. He's slower than other babies and isn't alert."
However, Britney's representative denies this is the case.
