He may have been trying to keep clean but troubles still hound him. Rocker Pete Doherty has been accused of plagiarism.

The Babyshambles front man has reportedly stolen a line from someone else's song. The allegations started after the song was released on their album, Shotters Nation. The lyrics of the song 'Baddie Boogie' sound very similar to a song written by Nick Toczeks.

"A lousy life for a washed-up wife of a permanently plastered p****d up b*****d," the Babyshambles song says. "Stiff With A Quiff" song by Britanarchists led by Toczeks has a similar lyrics.

Doherty and Toczeks have never met and the album features no credits.

On another note, Mik Whitnall, a former friend of Babyshambles, claims 'Baddie Boogie' was based on his song.
