Horror director Wes Craven is yet another person not laughing at 'comedian' Pauly Shore.
Wes is suing the star, who is also his neighbor, after water leaked from Pauly's property right onto his.
According to legal documents filed by Wes, a landslide occurred after Pauly renovated his property to include a pool, spa and landscaping. But the natural accident caused water from the residence to leak and damage Wes's home.
The "Scream" director says the value of his Los Angeles home has been lowered.
Wes, who also directed "A Nightmare On Elm Street," is seeking a judgement by the Los Angeles Superior Court to determine if Pauly is accountable and wants damages paid to him.
