Isaac Washington's denial of using sexist slurs against his "Grey's Anatomy" co-star T.R. Knight has caused a new rift between the ensemble cast and instigated a campaign to fire him from the award winning show.

Washington told Access Hollywood at the Golden Globe Awards that he had not called Knight a "f*ggot" while on set, which made headlines and resulted in the star coming out publicly as a homosexual.
