Actor Patrick Dempsey has some advice for his "Made of Honor" co-star Michelle Monaghan. The actress is pregnant with her first child.

Dempsey said he knew about the pregnancy before Monaghan went public with the news. According to People.com, the "Grey's Anatomy" actor said, "It was a big secret, and I wasn't allowed to tell anyone, but I knew Michelle was pregnant, and I am thrilled for her. She will be a great mom because she has a good head on her shoulders, a fine husband, and overall, she is a lovely woman."

Ashton Kutcher says he is less sexy with a beard.

The 'Punk'd' star was being quizzed about his appearance in People magazine's 100 sexiest list by TV talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. When Ellen showed the audience Ashton's picture in the magazine, the actor joked: "That's a pre-beard photo. When I start to grow my beard I get notches off being judged beautiful."

Actor Patrick Dempsey, also known as Dr. McDreamy, certainly knows how to juggle the women on the hit show "Grey's Anatomy." And, thanks to Dempsey's new movie "Made of Honor," the actor has also proven he can juggle in real life.

In his new movie, Dempsey found himself improvising a scene in the china department by picking up plates and juggling them. "I hadn't juggled in a while," Dempsey told TV Guide, about the scene which stayed in the movie.
