Actor Patrick Dempsey has some advice for his "Made of Honor" co-star Michelle Monaghan. The actress is pregnant with her first child.

Dempsey said he knew about the pregnancy before Monaghan went public with the news. According to People.com, the "Grey's Anatomy" actor said, "It was a big secret, and I wasn't allowed to tell anyone, but I knew Michelle was pregnant, and I am thrilled for her.
