The Hilton family can't seem to stay out of the news. Big sister Paris is well-known for being a media favorite and now her younger brother Barron Hilton, 18, is making headlines. Barron was arrested Tuesday morning on charges of driving under the influence and carrying a fake driver's license.
According to People.com, Barron was spotted driving erratically on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. He was arrested and taken to the Lost Hills sheriff's station and the black Mercedes he was driving was impounded.
It was reported that Barron spent the day in jail before his $20,000 bail was posted and his arraignment set for April 14. The DUI charge against Barron is a misdemeanor, but carrying a fake license is a felony.
Barron is following in the footsteps of his older sis Paris, who was arrested and charged with DUI in September of 2006. Paris then spent time in jail last year for violating probation in an alcohol-related driving incident.
