Paris Hilton's pet monkey was not being too friendly with her on Tuesday morning. The hotel heiress was unexpectedly attacked by her kinkajou monkey, Baby Luv.
Known for her love of animals, Paris was reportedly bitten on the arm by Baby Luv in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Paris, who adopted the creature last year, was playing with the simian when it became aggressive and bit a chunk out of her, according to TMZ.com.
Hilton's spokesman, Elliot Mintz, has confirmed the incident and has revealed he drove the blonde to the hospital at around 3 a.m. to receive treatment on the superficial wound.
Paris, 25, was seen by a doctor and given a tetanus jab to stop the bite from becoming infected, and according to her spokesman, she is doing fine.

Just to inform whatever morons wrote this article about Paris Hilton's "monkey" kinkajou is part of the procyonidae family, which are the same as raccoons. Maybe you should do your research and you wouldn't sound so stupid.

I agree with the first person. A kinkajou is not a monkey.

Honestly, some people are just plain idiots. "Monkey." Yeah Right. I agree with the first person too. And second person, um, Paris is just as moronic as the article writer.

Not really 'moronic', just uneducated. Not everyone knows what a kinkajou is.
Paris is a horder when it comes to animals but like any animal, it can bite, no matter if it was well cared for or not.
Hopefully she doesn't euthanize it or something.

I find it quite outstanding that people bring these wild animals into there home and when they bite its then the animal who is looked wrongly at. If you want to own wild animals expect them to bite now n then out of instinct.
And yes the writer of this article needs some educating i reckon if they think there related to monkeys. HAHA

In my opinion its not for everybody to have a kinkajou in the house..I had one for 16 years and had to respect that the animal has to sleep in the day time and is awaken in the night..
so I find Miss Hilton having a very bad behaviour walking aoung with her kinkajous at daytimes where they have to sleep.
I have heard that owing kinkajous today is not allowed, and yes..they do belong to the nature and not in peoples houses.
