Paris Believes In Nicole's Parenting Skills

As far as Paris Hilton is concerned, Nicole Richie will be a great mom.

The socialite and former jailbird believes that her BFF Nicole will be fine when her life turns to diapers and strollers.

Nicole, who will be spending four days of her pregnancy in prison, is famous for her role on "The Simple Life" and incredibly shrinking body, is four months pregnant to boyfriend Joel Madden.

Paris told PEOPLE, "She's really happy. I just got off the phone with her. She's so excited. (Nicole and Joel) are really in love. I know she's going to be the best mom ever."

Paris and Nicole have been friends since their childhood.
