Pamela Anderson probably feels like a part of herself is missing - her adorable furry friend has suddenly disappeared and nobody can console her.

Pam Bam recently wrote on her website that her dog has gone missing and has implored the public to please bring it home, safely back into her arms.

The actress' Chihuahua Luca was being looked after by her parents in Malibu, while she films her new movie "Blonde and Blonder" in Vancouver, Canada, when it suddenly went bye-bye. The pooch was being walked on a private beach on Sunday afternoon when it vanished without a trace.

Pam Bam is distraught about her missing mutt and is convinced Luca has been "dog-napped."

The former "Baywatch" star - who is an ardent animal rights campaigner - wrote on her website, "My little Chihuahua Luca went missing off a beach in Malibu on Sunday afternoon. I think somebody took him. I was returning home from Vancouver and spoke to my parents at 3:30 pm. They were on a private beach with him, which he knows very well. He normally runs on the beach but has been on medication and could have been groggy and not himself. There was a construction crew and an odd person walking along the beach on the public pathways. I need him back."
