Pamela Anderson is neither staying married nor divorcing Rick Salomon, she wants him totally erased from her life. The 'Baywatch' babe has filed an annulment to their 4-month marriage Friday.
The 40-year-old blonde actress cited fraud as the reason for the annulment. No other reasons were given.
Anderson had previously filed for divorce on December 14, citing irreconcilable differences, but only after a few days later, she posted on her blog that she and Salomon were back together.
Anderson, like Salomon, had been married twice before. She was previously married to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock. Salomon's first wife is Elizabeth Daily and then he married Shannen Doherty in 2002. They annulled their marriage nine months after.
Salomon is probably best known as Paris Hilton's co-star in a home-made sex video entitled 'One Night In Paris."
