Oprah Buys BFF Gayle A $7.1 Million Dollar Penthouse

It must be nice to be the "best friend" of Oprah Winfrey. Oprah just bought Gayle King a penthouse in New York City for $7.1 million.

According to the New York Post, the posh penthouse was purchased by one of Oprah's companies, Sofie's Penthouse LLC, named after her beloved pooch, Sofie, who just passed away. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large living room/dining room area, along with a 768-square foot wraparound terrace.

Oprah has long been denying the rumors in Hollywood that she and Gayle are more than just best friends, with Oprah promising the press that she would give up the gritty details if there was anything else going on between the two.
