Britney Spears is back in rehab just one week after a failed attempt resulted in her shaving her head.
The former princess of pop has reportedly caved in to concerned family and friends and sought help to fix her problems.
Her manager, Larry Randolph told PEOPLE, "Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today. We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."
However, the star's whereabouts has quickly been discovered. Paparazzi agency X17 posted pictures on their blog showing Spears at Promises treatment center in Malibu.
According to reports, helicopters filled with paparazzi have been circling the air space around Promises, trying to get a glimpse of the fallen pop star.
In the pictures, Spears is sans wig, showing off her newly shaved head while enjoying a cigarette.
Just last week, Spears checked into the Crossroads Center in Antigua. However, after just 24 hours, the out-of- control singer left the facility and arrived back in L.A. Shortly after, a media circus started when she shaved her head in full view of photographers and went on to get two new tattoos.
This rehab visit has been a long time coming for the "Toxic" singer. Since splitting with husband Kevin Federline in November, Spears has been on a partying bender which has seen her act erratically and outrageously.
Her most recent partying headlines happened just days after her new hair style. She was pictured arriving at Hollywood bars wearing a cheap platinum wig.
