One tabloid is doing better than OK... OK! magazine itself.
The tabloid has won a case against competition magazine Hello! after it published pictures of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones' wedding back in 2000.
OK! magazine had an exclusive deal with the Hollywood couple, but Hello! secretly obtained pictures of the New York nuptials and ruined the exclusivity.
Mother-of-two Catherine has fought against Hello!, calling their pictures "unflattering" and "sleazy."
The latest, final ruling was made in Britain's House of Lords, the highest court. OK! won the initial case in 2003 and was awarded damages. However, Hello! won the appeal, claiming that "spoilers" are a legitimate deal in tabloid journalism.
However, Hello! will now have to pay OK! $1 million in damages for commercial damage.
