O.J. Simpson is going back to jail. The former football player has been ordered to return to prison after he allegedly violated his bail conditions.

Simpson - who was famously acquitted in his ex-wife and her friend's murder - will spend the weekend behind bars as he awaits court hearing on Wednesday. His case stemmed from a Las Vegas armed robbery in September 2007. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in November and was freed on bail on the condition that he have no contact with anyone involved in the case. He reportedly contacted a co-defendant in his case.

"[Simpson] attempted to dissuade a [Clarence Steward] from testifying and cooperating with law enforcement," a court document reads.

Meanwhile, Ron Goldman's sister, Kim, says she and her father were "elated" by the news. "He thinks he's above the law - that he doesn't have to honor the rules," Goldman tells People magazine. "His egotistical behavior gets in the way and it gets him in trouble and I love it. He is sending message that he doesn't show respect for the law."

Ron Goldman is Nicole Brown Simpson's friend, who was killed with her in 1994. Their murder brought in the trial of the century with the disgraced Hall of Famer as the primary suspect. He was acquitted in 1995.
